Advanced Tools

Finite element analysis (FEA) and optimized shape generating software allows us to anticipate part failure modes early in the design process, drastically reducing development costs while reducing component weight and complexity, and enhancing strength and durability. 

Computational fluid dynamics (CFD) is an inexpensive pre-prototype validation tool that allows us to see how our aerodynamic components influcence fluid flow long before visiting a wind tunnel or performing real-world testing.
